Maintenance content
1, Every day to check.
2, The engine crankcase oil consumption.
3, Cooling liquid level: electric radiator and inter-cooled core without blocking phenomenon.
4, The air filter is blocked.
5, Every 50 hours to check.
6, Storage battery, and liquid level: the exclusion of Water Leakage, leakage of fuel, oil leakage phenomenon.
7, Every 250 - 300 hours:replace the engine oil, replace the oil filter and the bypass oil filter and replace the fuel filter, when need fuel tank oilpollution emissions, tensioning triangle tape.
8, Check the radiator and air cooled core electric cooler is blocked, whether to need to clean, check the air pipe and hose joints shall be no bad thing and a new tighten the clamp, check the booster oil into the oil return should be no leakage.
9, Every 1200 hours, please professionals to check and adjust the valve clearance, the engine stop and check under cold state before the adjustment, every2400 hours, please professional disassembly and check and adjust the fuel injector, inspection by a professional turbocharger working state, and a routinecheck of engines and generators, each of the 6 months, replacing the coolant filter, each year, cooler, replacing the coolant.
